Spec-accurate Amazon listing optimization for electronics brands

Electronics buyers do not read prose. They filter on wattage, connector type, protocol version and model compatibility, and a blank attribute removes you from the result set entirely. We put your specifications into the fields Amazon indexes, then publish them where AI assistants can read them.

Done for you. Starting at $800 per month.

What we do

Built for electronics and accessories

Two products, one operating rhythm. Optimized listings win the filtered search on Amazon. The AgentSite wins the answer when a buyer asks an AI assistant whether your product fits their device.

The Amazon side

Listing Optimization

Done-for-you optimization across the full catalog, from 100 to 1,000,000 ASINs. We rebuild titles to the 75-character limit, relocate compatibility detail into Item Highlights and structured attributes, and fill the fields that drive Amazon's search refinements. Review-first mode and go-live verification mean nothing publishes that your team has not approved, and we confirm what Amazon actually shows afterward.

  • Titles rebuilt to Amazon's 75-character limit, with model lists moved into the searchable 125-character Item Highlights field
  • Compatibility written in Amazon's prescribed construction: your brand, your product, then the compatibility phrase before any third-party mark, text only, never a logo
  • Attribute completion across connector type, wattage, capacity, connectivity technology and water resistance rating, so your ASINs appear in the filters buyers actually use
The AI side

AgentSites

Websites are for people. AgentSites are for agents. We publish per-model specification and compatibility data as machine-readable pages, so ChatGPT, Gemini, Meta and Claude answer fitment questions from your data instead of reconstructing them from forum threads and third-party accessory sellers.

  • Per-model compatibility published as structured fields, not a PDF datasheet nothing can parse
  • Wattage, ports, protocol versions and certifications exposed as first-party citations answer engines can quote
  • Alexa GEO optimization included, so Amazon's own shopping AI has something to assert on your detail page
The category

Three problems every electronics brand fights

In electronics the compliance data, the discoverability data and the AI answer data are the same data. Most brands maintain it three times, badly.

Your compatibility list no longer fits in the title

From July 27, 2026, Amazon limits titles to 75 characters in every category except media, spaces and brand name included, down from 200. Amazon's own compatibility construction, your brand, your product, then "compatible with" before the other brand and model, consumes most of that budget before you name a second device. Titles left over the limit will be progressively rewritten by Amazon's AI. Brand Registry brand owners get 14 days in Review Listing Changes to review, modify or approve what the AI proposes. Everyone else sees the change only after it lands, in View Change History. Across a few thousand ASINs that is a throughput problem, not a review problem. We rewrite catalog-wide to the limit, move the model list into the new 125-character Item Highlights field, which Amazon has said is searchable, and push the rest into structured attributes. When Amazon last changed its title policy we published 7,000 title updates in 24 hours.

A blank attribute is a hard exclusion, not a ranking penalty

Search refinements are built from structured attributes, not from copy. Leave connectivity technology, capacity, connector type or wattage empty and the ASIN is absent from that filtered result set entirely. Not ranked lower. Absent. Part Finder returning "no information available" on a PC component is the same silent tax, and neither failure appears as a problem in any Seller Central report. Electronics has no ACES or PIES equivalent, so every brand keeps its compatibility matrix in a spreadsheet of its own shape and re-keys it per marketplace. We complete attributes catalog-wide against the live product type schema, hold variation families together along the capacity, color and configuration axes, and run 24/7 listing issue detection so a missing-information suppression is surfaced and queued for fix as soon as it appears.

Every device launch quietly invalidates your catalog

A phone, laptop or console generation ships and your accessory line does not break. It just becomes wrong. Compatibility copy goes stale, returns and one-star reviews follow, and you fall out of search for the new model at exactly the moment demand peaks. Amazon requires phone model compatibility information on wireless accessory pages, and missing compatibility information is a suppression trigger. We own that refresh cycle across 35+ micro seasons and tent pole events, with the September launch window and Q4 planned in advance. We also keep referential use inside the lines, because a Report a Violation complaint from a rights owner usually suppresses the ASIN before anyone looks at the merits.

Questions we hear from brands like yours

What happens to our titles when the 75-character rule takes effect?

From July 27, 2026, titles over 75 characters will be progressively rewritten by Amazon's AI. Brand Registry enrolled brand owners get a 14-day window in Review Listing Changes to review, modify or approve each proposed title and Item Highlights. Outside Brand Registry there is no review buffer at all. We rewrite to the limit first, so the AI never gets the chance to guess which spec mattered, and go-live verification confirms what Amazon actually published.

Can we name other brands to show compatibility?

Yes, carefully, and only to state compatibility that is true. Amazon prescribes the construction: your brand, your product name, then "for", "compatible with", "fits" or "intended for", then the other brand and model. The name is permitted in text; the logo never is, including main images, alternate images and A+ content. Amazon's Consumer Electronics style guide otherwise tells sellers not to mention other brands in descriptions or feature bullets, "similar to" and "better than" comparisons are against policy, and competitor trademarks are prohibited in backend search terms even though competitor targeting is permitted in Sponsored Products. We write to that line and treat your legal team's boundaries as the input, not our interpretation of them.

We have thousands of SKUs and every product type has a different schema. How do you handle that?

We pull the live schema per product type and per marketplace rather than assuming column names, which is where conditionally required fields catch brands out: select a variation theme or a subcategory and other fields silently become mandatory. Then we complete attributes catalog-wide, from 100 to 1,000,000 ASINs, at 2 to 3 updates per ASIN per month, with engineering datasheets, your DTC spec pages and your existing product data feeding one record. Attribute completeness is a revenue variable in this category, not hygiene. Brands on the program typically see 20%+ organic sales growth.

Does this cover our compliance documentation?

We provide operational support, not legal or regulatory advice. Amazon requires a UN 38.3 test summary and a Safety Data Sheet for lithium battery products, and those are two different documents that get confused expensively. Button cell and coin battery products need ANSI/UL 4200A conformity evidence and prescribed warnings under Reese's Law. California Proposition 65 is a set of live listing attributes, and once the warning flag, warning type and chemical names are populated Amazon surfaces the warning in the product information section of the detail page automatically. We keep those fields complete and current and flag the gaps that suppress listings or block FBA. Your regulatory lead owns every determination and approves every change before it publishes.

Will AI assistants actually answer compatibility questions from our data?

They answer from whatever they can read. Alexa for Shopping, Amazon's own shopping AI, draws on your titles, bullets, descriptions, technical specifications, variation data, A+ content, reviews and customer questions, so when a spec is not stated it has nothing to assert and recommends someone else. Off Amazon, ChatGPT, Gemini, Meta and Claude cannot read Amazon's attribute tables, so answers about your products get reconstructed from accessory sellers and forums. An AgentSite takes about ten minutes of your time to set up and publishes your specifications as first-party citations. One AgentSite logged 133,000 agent hits in 30 days across 32 crawlers, and a recent cohort of 15 brands grew AI citations by 48% in four weeks.
